This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic NQ Solicitor with some Commercial Property experience to join a dynamic and supportive operation.

The team deals with all aspects of Commercial Property work and the successful candidate will experience a wide ranging and diverse workload within a team who are committed to providing excellent service to their clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic solicitor to help with an existing caseload but to also develop new client relationships. You will be drafting documentation for property sales and purchases (including contracts, transfers of part, deeds of easement and covenants, undertaking due diligence on properties, deducing title (whether the land is registered or unregistered) and drafting reports on title.
